Wing Vendors Wanted!
Registration is now open for the 2027 RCC Wing-Off, held Sunday, March 7, 2027, from 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. at the Smithfield Fire Hall.
Vendor spaces are limited to 12 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all spaces are claimed, registration will close—so register early!
Participating vendors will prepare wings for guests to sample using tasting tickets. Vendors may enter wings in the Hot, BBQ and/or Specialty judging categories. Awards will be determined through blind judging.
Important 2027 Information

Vendors must arrive by 10:00 a.m. and be fully set up by 11:00 a.m.

Vendors cooking off-site may pick up wings beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Electric roasters will not be permitted due to power limitations.

Registration closes February 12, 2027, or when all 12 vendor spaces are filled.
