RAISEtown Care Connect is an independent nonprofit organization supported by community fundraising, grants, contracts, and limited insurance billing. We are committed to ensuring that no one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
We proudly continue to own and honor the Huntingdon County PRIDE name, and all gifts, grants, contracts, and estate donations made under that name remain valid. The generosity of our supporters makes our programs possible and helps us continue serving individuals and families throughout Huntingdon County. Yearly Events
Wing Off
Our annual Wing-Off is typically held the first weekend in March and brings together local restaurants, organizations, and community groups to showcase their best wing recipes. Guests can sample a variety of flavors, vote for their favorites, and enjoy a fun community event while supporting RAISEtown Care Connect.
Telethon
Our signature annual fundraiser, the RAISE-a-Thon, brings the community together for several days of live entertainment, auctions, and fundraising activities that support the programs and services of RAISEtown Care Connect.
BBQ Bonanza
The BBQ Bonanza is an annual community event organized by JCY Fundraising that features championship BBQ competitions, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and vendors. Proceeds from the event benefit both the Huntingdon County United Way and RAISEtown Care Connect, helping support essential programs and services throughout our community.
